Info Center
InfoStudent Center is the structure responsible for communication with UVT students for all administrative processes, taking over these duties from the faculties' secretaries. Thus, the Student Info Center generally deals with:
- taking requests from students (requests of various types);
- issuing/endorsing student ID cards;
- issuing student certificates, upon request;
- providing information about the educational process and its related activities.
The Student Info Center can be contacted online, at the e-mail address info@e-uvt.ro or by completing the form available on this page, and has 4 work points, in 4 different UVT premises, which work from Monday to Friday, namely:
UVT headquarters, room 001 (for students of the following faculties: Faculty of Chemistry, Biology, Geography - Department of Geography, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Faculty of Physics, Faculty of Letters, History, Philosophy and Theology, Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics , Faculty of Sociology and Psychology, Faculty of Government and Communication Sciences);
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:00-16:00, Wednesday – 8:00-18:00;the headquarters of the Faculty of Chemistry, Biology, Geography (for students of the Faculty of Chemistry, Biology, Geography – the Department of Biology and the Department of Chemistry, respectively of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration);
Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:00-16:00, Tuesday – 8:00-18:00;the UVT building on Oituz street no. 4, room M13 (temporary, for students of the Faculty of Law);
Working hours: Monday-Friday – 8:00-16:00;the seat of the Faculty of Music and Theater - Libertății Square no. 1, ground floor (for students of the Faculty of Music and Theater and students of the Faculty of Arts and Design);
Working hours: Monday-Friday - 8:00-16:00.
