Deadlines for payment of tuition fee installments (for students occupying a fee-paying place)

Dear students,

If you occupy a paid seat, we remind you what they are deadlines for payment of tuition fee installments which you must respect:

– for students from first year of studies of the university studies cycle of licenseor master's degree:

• the first installment, 30%. of the tuition fee, was paid by the date of July 23 2025 for candidates admitted in the July 2025 session, respectively 15 September 2025 – undergraduate university studies cycle and 17 September 2025 – the master's degree cycle, for the admission session in September 2025;
• second installment –  40%. of the tuition fee – is paid by the due date October 31 2025;
• third installment –  30%. of the tuition fee – is paid by the due date January 15 2026.

– for students from II, III and IV years of the undergraduate university studies cycleor second year of the master's degree cycle:

• first installment –  50%. of the tuition fee – is paid by the due date October 31 2025;
• second installment –  50%. of the tuition fee – is paid by the due date January 15 2026.

Thus, all students enrolled in a fee-paying place must pay the first or second installment of the tuition fee (depending on the academic year) no later than October 31, 2025, if they have not already paid it.

Fees can be paid through the platform StudentWeb, logging in with your institutional email account (@e-uvt.ro) and accessing the Financial -> Payments section.
