In accordance with Article 6, paragraph (1) of The methodology regarding the activity of coordinating the development of finalization papers and regarding the activity of verifying the originality of the finalization papers of bachelor's and master's university studies at the Western University of Timișoara (UVT), enrollment in the bachelor's/dissertation exam is conditioned by the student's choice of the subject of the bachelor's/dissertation proposed by the teaching staff coordinator in maximum 60 days from the beginning of the academic year of the final year of study, through the section dedicated to this purpose on the UVT e-learning platform (https://elearning.e-uvt.ro).
At this point coordination sessions have been configured on e-learning platform, so that from now on students can enroll for the elaboration of the paper for the completion of their university studies with the desired teaching coordinator, the deadline being December 2, 2025.
Steps to follow on e-learning platform for registration in order to prepare the thesis for the completion of university studies under the coordination of a teaching staff are described in Guide to using the e-learning platform for the coordination of bachelor's and dissertation papers.
At the same time, in accordance with article 11, paragraph (4) of The regulation regarding the organization and conduct of final exams for bachelor's and master's university studies at the West University of Timișoara, the faculties set at least two deadlines, during the 2nd semester of the final year of study, by which students must upload, compulsorily, on the e-learning platform, intermediate versions of the thesis for completing their undergraduate studies or master's degree, in order to be verified by the coordinating teaching staff. The teaching staff will provide students with feedback and suggestions for improvement on the intermediate versions of the thesis. Thus, we recommend that you consult in the regulation regarding the organization and conduct of the exams for the completion of university studies at the level of the faculty in which you are enrolled what are these terms, in order to be able to respect them.
Submission of the final version of the thesis for the completion of university studies on the platform https://elearning.e-uvt.ro/ is the at least 5 working days before the scheduled date for the start of the first test of the graduation exam, according to the calendar established by each faculty for conducting final exams.
