Considering the importance that the process of evaluating teachers by students has in improving the activity of the educational process organized by West University of Timișoara (UVT), we want students to participate in this activity in as large a number as possible, so that the results obtained are as relevant as possible and have a significant impact.
Thus, in order to encourage students to participate in this process, at each assessment stage this semester we have prepared one giveaway cu 10 prize packs consisting of a satchel and a UVT/Univibes logo t-shirt, that students can earn by evaluating the teachers they have collaborated with this semester on the platform evaluation.uvt.ro.
At the beginning of the 2nd semester of this academic year, we will hold a special giveaway for all students who completed the assessment questionnaires in each of the three stages evaluation from the first semester, where they can win subscriptions to the hottest festivals of the summer (UNTOLD, Electric Castle, CODRU, Flight Festival, NEVERS, Garana Jazz Festival, Jazz in the Park, ARTmania Festival, Rockstadt Extreme Fest, Open Air Blues Festival Brezoi etc.).
Conditions of participation:
To participate in the giveaway at each stage of the assessment process this semester students will have to send us on the email address edu@e-uvt.ro proof that they have completed the evaluation questionnaires related to that stage for at least 10 didactic activities (1 didactic activity = 1 course or 1 seminar or 1 laboratory) (eg: a screenshot from the section Evaluations completed in which at least 10 completed questionnaires are visible).
In order to enter a semester's final draw (for festival subscriptions), students will need to enter the giveaway at each assessment stage for that semester.
Limit term for the submission of the proof of completion of the evaluation questionnaires related to the second evaluation stage of this semester is on Sunday, January 19 2025, and the drawing of winners will take place on January 20 2025, through the website random.org.
Winners will be notified by e-mail and on the pages of Facebook - Educational – West University of Timișoara and Instagram - @edu.uvt.
Teacher evaluation by students must be done in a responsible and objective way, conveying honest feedback on the activities that students have participated in this semester.
