Until January 20 2024 UVT students have the opportunity to evaluate all the teaching staff with whom they collaborated during the first semester of this academic year in the didactic activities (courses, seminars or laboratories). The evaluation platform will close on the morning of January 20, 2024, at 09:00.
The evaluation of teachers by students will be done through the platform evaluation.uvt.ro, which students log in with their institutional account details @e-uvt.ro.
Even if on the platform students log in with the email address and password of the institutional account, the evaluation of teachers by students is 100% anonymous, the answers being encrypted in such a way that the authors cannot be identified, so we encourage them to answer all the questions in the questionnaire as honestly as possible.

Until last semester, for each teaching activity, each student had to complete 2 questionnaires: one for self-evaluation of their own learning process (20 closed questions) and one for evaluation of the teaching staff (10 closed and 4 open questions). Taking into account the students' feedback, in order to simplify the evaluation process, starting from the second semester of the previous academic year, we gave up the self-assessment questionnaire of your learning process, and starting from this semester, we also eliminated one of the open questions. Thus, at present for each didactic activity in which they participated during this semester, students will have to complete a single teacher evaluation questionnaire (10 closed questions and 3 open questions - 2 mandatory and one optional). The assessment process remains complex in order to collect in-depth feedback, so we ask that students take the time to go through all the quizzes responsibly.
Students who go through and Psycho-pedagogical training program in order to certify the competencies for the teaching profession or go through, in parallel, 2 university study programs, they must change the educational context, using the top right button (according to the guide), to evaluate all the didactic activities they have completed.
The purpose of teacher evaluation by students is to collect the opinions and feedback of the students regarding the educational process they went through this semester, in order to improve the work of the teaching staff and the educational services offered by the Western University of Timișoara.

We encourage students to complete and as detailed evaluations as possible for all teaching activities they have participated in this semester, assuring them of the confidentiality of the information submitted! Only by collecting students' opinions and collaborating will we be able to improve the quality of the educational process in UVT!
