Tuition fee payment terms (for fee-paying students) & other university fees

Dear students,

If you occupy a paid seat, we remind you of some details about study fee payment terms which you must comply with, which can be paid in several installments:

– for students from first year of studies:

• cycle of university studies of license:

1. first installment – 30% from the amount of the study fee - it was paid by the date of 02.08.2021 for candidates admitted in the July 2023 session, respectively 19.09.2023 for candidates admitted in the September session 2023;
2. second installment – 40% from the amount of the study fee - it is paid by the date of October 31 2023;
3. third installment – 30% from the amount of the study fee - it is paid by the date of January 15 2024.

• cycle of university studies of MASTERS:

1. first installment – 30% from the amount of the study fee - it was paid by the date of 02.08.2023 for candidates admitted in the July 2023 session, respectively 21.09.2023 for candidates admitted in the September 2023 session;
2. second installment – 40% from the amount of the study fee - it is paid by the date of October 31 2023;
3. third installment – 30% from the amount of the study fee - it is paid by the date of January 15 2024.

– for students from years II, III and IV of the cycle of undergraduate university studies, respectively anull II of the master's university study cycle:

1. first installment – 50% from the amount of the study fee - it is paid by the date of October 31 2023;
2. second installment – 50% from the amount of the study fee - it is paid by the date of January 15 2024.

Other fees – valid for all UVT students, regardless of the type of place occupied (with a fee or financed from the state budget)

Besides tuition fees, at the UVT level they are perceived accommodation fees (for students staying in UVT dormitories), their amount being available HERE, but also others university fees (the list can be accessed HERE). 

Accommodation tax is paid monthly, until the 15th of the month following the one for which the payment is made, according to The rental agreement. After this date, penalties of 1% will be applied for each day of delay, calculated on the value of the debit registered up to the time of registration of the payment.

All fees can be paid through the online platform StudentWeb, logging in with your institutional email account (@e-uvt.ro) and accessing the Financial -> Payments section.
