Until January 21, 2023, 08:30 UVT students have the opportunity to evaluate all the teaching staff with whom they collaborated during the first semester of this academic year in the didactic activities (courses, seminars or laboratories).
The evaluation of teaching staff by students is carried out through the platform evaluation.uvt.ro, the connection being made using the institutional account @e-uvt.ro.
Even if the platform requires authentication with the related email address and password, the evaluation of teachers by students is 100% anonymous, the answers being encrypted in such a way that the authors cannot be identified, so we encourage all students to answer all the questions in the questionnaire as honestly as possible.

For each didactic activity, each student will complete 2 questionnaires: one for self-evaluation of their own learning process (20 closed questions) and one for teaching staff evaluation (10 closed and 4 open questions). Therefore, the evaluation process is a complex one, in order to collect in-depth feedback from students, so we request that you allocate the necessary time to go through all the questionnaires responsibly.
In the case of students who complete and Psycho-pedagogical training program in order to certify the competencies for the teaching profession or go through, in parallel, 2 university study programs, it is necessary to change the educational context, using the top right button (according to the guide), to evaluate all the didactic activities they have completed.
The purpose of teacher evaluation by students is to collect the opinions and feedback of the students regarding the educational process they went through this semester, in order to improve the work of the teaching staff and the educational services offered by the Western University of Timișoara.
If difficulties are encountered in the assessment process or errors are identified in the form, students are asked to send this to us by email at edu@e-uvt.ro, accompanied by screenshots with any errors.
We encourage all students to complete and as detailed evaluations as possible for all teaching activities they participated in this semester, assuring them of the confidentiality of the information submitted! Only by collecting students' opinions and collaborating with them will we be able to improve the quality of the educational process in UVT!
