Professor Claude MARTIN represents one of France's eminent academic personalities, being a professor at the University Pierre Mendès France in Grenoble, where, between 1982-1987, he was vice-president for research issues and, from 2006 to 2007, vice-president responsible for activities related to studies and university life.
