Directorate for the Management of Research-Development-Innovation Activities

Directorate for the Management of Research-Development-Innovation Activities (DMACDI) has the mission of providing support to the academic community in order to create a competitive research environment on a national and international level that will transform the Western University of Timisoara into a pole of excellence centered on the generation of knowledge through scientific research, development and innovation and through creation artistic and academic.

The main objectives of DMACDI are the following:

• supporting research activity, artistic creation and sports performance in accordance with the university's development strategy;
• internal organization of the classification and ranking process carried out at national and international level;
• providing consultancy services regarding the identification of project calls, the preparation of funding applications and the implementation of projects won in European International CD project competitions;
• providing consulting services to UVT members in all aspects related to relations with industrial partners.
