After posting the final results obtained, as the case may be, unsatisfied candidates can lodge an appeal within a maximum of one working day from the date of posting the final result.

The communication of the results of the appeals resolution commission is displayed within a maximum of one working day after the expiration of the deadline for submitting appeals.

Competition tests:

The competition for filling the vacant position consists of 4 successive stages, as follows:

  1. the selection of enrollment files;
  2.  written test on the topic of the bibliography - 3 subjects - 10:00 a.m.;
  3. practical test to verify knowledge in the field of computer use – 13:00 p.m.;
  4. interview - 15:00 p.m.

Each trial is eliminatory.

Competition files will be submitted by 17.06.2022, at 15:00 p.m. at the UVT Registry (with menț"At the attention of the Human Resources Department, job application file"Job title"), UVT headquarters or at the e-mail addresses vanessa.dicso@e-uvt.ro, resourceumane@e-uvt.ro and must contain the following documents:

  1. competition registration application addressed to the head of the organizing public institution (Annex 1);
  2. copy of the birth certificate, copy of the identity document or any other document that certifies the identity, according to the law, as the case may be;
  3. copies of documents certifying the level of studies and other documents certifying the performance of specializations, copies of documents certifying the fulfillment of specific conditions;
  4. copy of the work card, or, as the case may be, a certificate certifying seniority in work, in the trade and/or in the specialty of studies;
  5. the criminal record issued no more than 6 months before the date of the competition (original);
  6. medical certificate attesting to the appropriate state of health issued no more than 6 months before the competition by the candidate's family doctor or by the competent health units (original);
  7. curriculum vitae;
  8. declaration regarding the authenticity of the documents (Annex 2).

- The certificate certifying the state of health clearly contains the number, date, name of the issuer and its quality, in the standard format established by the Ministry of Health.

Information regarding the position of career guidance counselor within the Career Counseling and Guidance Center:

  • The position of career guidance counselor is subordinate to the director of the center;
  • Duration and working conditions: the position is for a fixed period - 1 year, with the possibility of extension, the duration of the working time being 8 hours/day, respectively 40 hours/week under normal working conditions;
  • The minimum gross salary for the position is 3371 lei.
  • Food allowance 347 lei.
  • The trial period is 30 days according to the law;
  • Rest leave and its duration: granted annually in accordance with the provisions of the republished Labor Code and special laws (if applicable);

 

conditionsgeneral thoughts:

a) has Romanian citizenship, citizenship of other member states of the European Union or of states belonging to the European Economic Area and domicile in Romania;

b) knows the Romanian language, written and spoken;

c) has the minimum age regulated by the legal provisions;

d) has full exercise capacity;

e) has a state of health corresponding to the position for which he is applying, attested on the basis of the medical certificate issued by the family doctor or the authorized health units;

f) fulfills the conditions of studies and, as the case may be, seniority or other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position put up for competition;

g) has not been definitively convicted for committing a crime against humanity, against the state or against the authority, in the service or in connection with the service, which prevents the administration of justice, forgery or acts of corruption or a crime committed with intent, which would make it incompatible with the exercise of the function, except in the situation where rehabilitation intervened.

 

Specific conditions:

  • Higher education, bachelor's degree in social and human sciences (preferably Psychology or Educational Sciences);
  • Good level of knowledge and understanding of the English language (minimum B2, recommended C1);
  • Knowledge of PC use: knowledge of Internet browsers, advanced knowledges of using programs from the Microsoft Office package or equivalent (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point), knowledge of using Adobe Reader, knowledge of using GMail, Google Drive & subsequent tools, knowledge of using online teaching-learning platforms (Google Meet, Zoom);
  • Very good knowledge of Romanian grammar and spelling;
  • Very good knowledge of searching for specialist studies relevant to the field.
  • Develops counseling and career guidance activities (group counseling sessions, physical and online workshops, workshops for the development of socio-emotional skills) for students.
  • Participates in the development, organization and delivery of the Professional Counseling and Career Guidance Course, for all study programs and specializations within UVT, in the first year.
  • Draws up the necessary documents for the counseling and career guidance activity (attendance lists, work sheets, etc.).
  • Schedules career counseling and guidance activities for students based on room availability and student schedules.
  • For the good organization, it requests the support of the heads of faculties (department directors) for the allocation of spaces intended for counseling activities, and for establishing the direct connection with the beneficiary students.
  • Informs students ahead of time about the schedule of counseling and career guidance activities.
  • Coordinates career counseling and guidance sessions and keeps track of students participating in activities.
  • At the request of students, they offer individual counseling and career guidance sessions.
  • Establishes a consultation program to provide support to students in developing their career plan.
  • Develops occupational profiles in various fields for students.
  • Develops scientifically validated measurement tools for assessing vocational interests and determining the degree of dropout risk among students.
  • Search for current specialist articles in the field of professional counseling and guidance.
  • Participates in the organization and coordination of the Peer to Peer Tutoring (P2PT) program, and in the training and monitoring activities of student tutors.
  • Participate in the organization of workshops for international students and Romanian students from everywhere, for or to support the internationalization of the institution and to help the integration of international students.
  • Participates in the organization and coordination of support groups for the adaptation in the academic environment of students facing emotional distress.
  • Periodically reports the activity of the department director.
  • Together with the department director, he participates in the development of guidelines for the management of various problems that students may face.
  • Performs job-specific tasks assigned by the department manager.
  • It ensures the confidentiality of the personal data it processes throughout the duration of the individual employment contract and after its termination, for an unlimited period, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, other applicable provisions of European Union law or internal law.
  • Daily checking (except for legal leave) of electronic correspondence received at the institutional e-mail address is a service obligation.
  • Prepares and is responsible for the delivery of documents to the archive.
  • The tasks given by the higher hierarchical head, related to the specifics of the position, with respect for the fair distribution of tasks between positions, constitute a service obligation.
