Team The Center for Counseling and Career Guidance (CCOC) from UVT invite students next week to a new webinar - Team collaboration and efficiency -, through which they will be able to learn how to better manage collaboration with others and learn more about how a team works.
A quote that has remained emblematic of the philosopher Aristotle is that "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts", this being the inspiration for Google's project to study the high-performing team - "the Aristotle project"'. We aim to discover together what are the elements that make a team work, move forward efficiently, stay motivated and innovate.
Through this webinar, we want to explore what are the roles in a team, what are the stages of a team's operation, but also to discover the methods by which you can more effectively carry out various projects as a team.
