The West University of Timisoara (UVT) and the company Holisun have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at the technological transfer of a digital solution developed within UVT for managing student processes. Erasmus Incoming.

The software platform, already operational at UVT, covers the entire flow of interaction with international students, from consulting academic offers and course selection, to application, acceptance and signing of financial agreements. The solution contributes to the implementation of the "Erasmus Without Paper" vision, promoting the full digitalization of international mobilities in higher education.

The solution was developed as a result of UVT's know-how, both in the management of international relations processes and in the advanced digitalization of administrative processes in higher education institutions. The partnership with Holisun allowed this know-how to take the form of a complete digital solution, so that the partner, Holisun, has the right to license the solution to other academic institutions in Romania interested in digitalizing their own activities in the field of international relations.

This agreement represents a concrete expression of UVT's commitment to open innovation and technology transfer, demonstrating how collaborative outcomes can generate sustainable value for both the university and the entire educational ecosystem. The collaboration between UVT and Holisun has a solid foundation, built on over a decade of joint projects, starting with the launch of one of the first online admission platforms in Romania and continuing with the development of advanced digital solutions: platforms for international admission, internships, e-learning, international mobilities, psychological and socio-human research, as well as an intelligent chatbot. These initiatives reflect a strategic vision, oriented towards sustainable digitalization and impactful partnerships in the academic environment.
