This summer, when 12th grade students from all over the country took the baccalaureate exam, is a busy and challenging time. At the West University of Timisoara, we know how much young people have worked for this moment and how much dedication they have put into each stage of their preparation. That is why we have made sure that the admission process at UVT is as simple and worry-free as possible.

In addition to the fact that registration is done online, it is not necessary to be present at the head office in Timișoara to certify the documents - we come closer to you, in county admission centers from the country. 

Where can you find us?

In addition to the admission centers located at the UVT headquarters in Timișoara, we will also support our candidates in 2025 with admission centers organized in the country, in UVT national partner colleges in several counties:

• Alba – “Horea, Cloșca and Crișan” National College, Alba-Iulia, 1 Decembrie 1918 Boulevard no. 11;
• Arad – “Vasile Goldiș” National College, Arad, Calea Victoriei no. 1-3;
• Bihor – “Mihai Eminescu” National College, Oradea, Episcop Roman Ciorogariu Street no. 18;
• Caras-Severin – “Traian Lalescu” National College, Reșița, Alexandru Ioan Cuza Boulevard no. 7;
• Hunedoara – “Decebal” National College, Deva, Alexandru Ioan Cuza Boulevard no. 7;
• Mehedinti – "Theodor Costescu" National Economic College, Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Orly Street no. 37;
• Gorj – “Ecaterina Teodoroiu” National College, Târgu Jiu, 1 Decembrie 1918 Street no. 25;
• Satu Mare – "Mihai Eminescu" National College, Satu Mare, Mihai Eminescu Street no. 5 (entrance from Decebal Street, building B);
• dale – “Alexandru Lahovari” National College, Râmnicu Vâlcea, General Praporgescu Street no. 19.
  

Why come to a county admission center?

• you can register online, with the support of our colleagues, who will help you correctly complete your electronic file;
• you can certify documents "consistent with the original" – an essential step for admission;
• if you are admitted to a budgeted place, you can bring the original high school diploma;
• you receive complete and reliable information directly from UVT representatives;
• nu mai you are wasting time on the road.

When can you visit us?

We await you with interest and enthusiasm in the county admission centers, which will be open during the following periods:

• July 2 - 5, 2025;
• July 11 – 12 and 14, 2025;
• July 17 - 19, 2025.

By exception, the admission center in Vâlcea County will have a different schedule, as follows:

• July 2 - 4, 2025;
• July 10 - 11, 2025;
• July 17–18, 2025.

During the week, from Monday to Friday, the county admission centers will be open between 09:00 AM – 16:00 PM, and sdrunk will operate within the range 09:00 AM – 14:00 PM.

Registration and document collection points in West University of Timisoara headquarters will be open during the period June 25 - July 23, 2025, detailed schedule and locations are available HERE.

What documents do you need to have with you?

• the documents (which you have already uploaded on the www.admitereonline.uvt.ro platform), in original or legalized copy;
• the original high school diploma (if you are admitted to a budgeted place) or the diploma of completion of undergraduate studies, respectively an equivalent diploma / equivalent certificate of the diploma.

To ensure that you are included in the admissions process rankings, it is necessary to present, at the document collection points at UVT headquarters or at the county admission centers organized by UVT, all necessary documents (in accordance with the provisions of the regulations regarding the organization and conduct of the admission process developed by the UVT faculties), in original or in certified copy, until at least one day before the date of display of the lists of admitted candidates (according to the calendar established by the regulations of the UVT faculties regarding the organization and conduct of the admission process), to be scanned and certified as original by UVT operators.
