UVT hosts, for three days, the General Assembly of the National Council of Students

Starting today, January 5, 2023, the West University of Timișoara is hosting the General Assembly of the National Student Council (CNE), for three days (in the A11 Amphitheater), an event that will be attended by over a hundred participating students, representing all counties of the country.

The program of the three days of the annual CNE statutory meeting includes annual elections for the leadership of the organization, with an Executive Committee and a new CNE president to be appointed.

On Thursday, January 5, 2023, starting at 17 p.m., on the first day of the program of the General Assembly of the National Student Council (CNE), the official opening will take place, during which Mrs. Ligia Deca, the Minister of Education, will speak (online speech) , Mrs. Diana-Loreta Păun, Presidential Advisor (online intervention), Mr. Eduard Petrescu, Program Specialist, UNICEF Romania (online intervention), Mr. Marilen Pirtea, Rector of the Western University of Timișoara, Mr. Dominic Fritz, Mayor of the Municipality of Timișoara, Mrs. Andreea Argeșeanu , Vice President of the National Alliance of Student Organizations from Romania and Robert Avram, President of CNE.
