Within the UNITA Alliance, working team 5.3 – Green Sustainability aims to drive the Alliance's green transition by promoting the exchange of good practices, integrating sustainability principles into teaching and research, and encouraging environmentally responsible behavior across the academic community. Every year, we organize a joint event known as "UNITED Green Day", which is celebrated simultaneously in all UNITA institutions. 

World Recycling Day is celebrated today, March 18, 2026.

The central activity of this year's event is the completion of Sustainability Questionnaire, designed to raise awareness through educational approaches. The questionnaire addresses key topics such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, renewable energy and the circular economy, encouraging active participation and involvement among students.
