West University of Timişoara (UVT), in collaboration with UniCredit Bank Romania, inaugurates a practical space for the academic and student community, but also for the local business environment, offering the community a welcoming setting for professional and educational meetings, dedicated to practical activities and development, for learning based on project activities. The new "UniCredit Cowork Hub" space will be inaugurated on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 11 am - the space is located in the UVT headquarters, V.Pârvan 4, in the lobby area on the ground floor, between amphitheaters A01 and A02 - in the presence of Mr. Andrea Tognetti, Executive Vice President People & Culture, UniCredit Bank Romania, and the university rector, prof.univ.dr. Marilen Gabriel Pirtea. The launch event will also be attended by vice-rectors, deans, students and researchers from UVT, along with guests from the local community.

After the "UniCredit Cowork Hub" launch event, Mr. Andrea Tognetti, Executive Vice President People & Culture, UniCredit Bank Romania, will hold a specialized conference dedicated to human resources development in organizations: "Learning from the best - Success Story" (amphitheatre A31, starting at 11.30 am).

The partnership between UVT and UniCredit Bank Romania aims to facilitate direct links between the academic community and the banking environment in the local economy, offering young people access to resources and internships, as well as specialized debates and case studies, highlighting essential topics for the banking and financial culture of future graduates, the professionals of tomorrow.
