Faculty of Arts and Design (FAD) within West University of Timisoara (UVT) officially launches the admission campaign for the 2026-2027 academic year. The central element of the campaign "Start Arts and Design UVT" this year is the free training program offered to future candidates, held in the period May - July 2026.
Aware of the challenges of transitioning to higher artistic education, the Faculty of Arts and Design at UVT is supporting high school students across the country with free mentoring and technical training sessions. These are designed to help young people refine their portfolios and familiarize themselves with the requirements of the entrance exam in July.
The campaign program focuses on free training sessions held between May and July 2026, which include practical and theoretical workshops supported by teaching staff for all specializations of the faculty. These are complemented by online webinars dedicated to portfolio structuring and educational caravans, with students also having the opportunity to visit the workshops on Oituz Street no. 4, to experience the working atmosphere firsthand, based on a prior appointment at the contact address.
In a world dominated by the visual, the faculty assumes the mission of transforming "passion into profession", offering future artists and designers a clear path from raw talent to professional skills adapted to the digital and creative labor market.
