The academic community of the West University of Timișoara (UVT) is pleased to announce that the volume "German Literature and Culture in Eastern Europe – Current Paradigms and Tendencies", published in 2024 by the Publishing House of the West University of Timișoara in the "Research Library" collection, coordinated by Laura Cheie, Beate Petra Kory and Grazziella Predoiu, was awarded the "Silver Medal" at the Book Salon Euroinvent 2025.
Euroinvent – European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation – is an event in its 17th edition, organized by the Romanian Inventors Forum, “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University, EUROPE DIRECT Iași (host structure: Association for Ecology and Sustainable Development), “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the National Institute for Research and Development for Environmental Protection Bucharest, in partnership with numerous international organizations, with the support of the National Research Authority, subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Research.
Euroinvent brings together over 600 inventions and projects from fields such as engineering, medicine, agriculture, environment and education, offering researchers and inventors from over 30 countries a platform to present their ideas and collaborate.
