Starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, Faculty of Sociology and Psychology of the West University of Timișoara (UVT), within the master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, organizes, in collaboration with Faculty of Psychology of the University of Turin (UNITO), a new double degree master's degree program.

There is a fruitful collaboration between the West University of Timisoara and the Università degli Studi di Torino, within the framework of the European University Alliance UNITA. The Università degli Studi di Torino has a prestigious psychology faculty, recognized both throughout Italy and at European level, both as a teaching faculty and for its research programs.

Academic cooperation within the UNITA alliance establishes a mobility program for student exchanges, which will allow for double degree certification between the program Body and Mind Sciences, from the University of Turin and Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, a program of the Faculty of Sociology and Psychology in Timișoara. The student exchange lasts one year, or two semesters, and will be completed by defending a dissertation at one of the two faculties participating in the program. The program will provide participating students with 60 credits for the two semesters spent at the host university.

The official launch event of this master's program, which we invite you to participate in, will take place at the West University of Timișoara (Vasile Pârvan Boulevard, no. 4) on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 11 a.m., in Amphitheater A01, in the presence of representatives of the two organizing institutions, the diplomatic corps and the faculty's partners.
