The Western University of Timișoara is an open space for dialogue, for the exchange of ideas that can shape a world where diversity, equity and innovation prevail.

The "Ideas that change the world" conference series returns at the beginning of the academic year and aims, as usual, to address challenging topics, best practices and dialogues between renowned specialists. This time, UVT brings to the community a personality from the IT field, more precisely a pioneer of the first Romanian software startups.

Creator of the first software in the history of Romania, co-founder of ParentX events, Răzvan Vasile is also the founder of the first MBA academy in Europe for children and young people - MBAKids Academy. After spending a year on Wallstreet and 12 years in Australia, of which seven years as a world top 3 CEO in the field of cybersecurity, Răzvan Vasile offers us a captivating discussion about the importance of mindset and positive thinking in reaching the maximum potential.

We invite you on Friday, October 4th to be inspired by the personality of our guest, attending the conference dedicated to the whole community, "Mindset and success".
