This session will walk through the automated process for executing a request, from when the customer initiates the process in ServiceNow to resolution of the requirement, including the approval process and action traceability. The solution is based on the ServiceNow management system and automation platform from RedHat, Ansible.

Also, Mircea Gheran, Team Manager DCH and Daniel Emanuel Enache - System Manager DCH will address topics of interest such as - "Digital transformation: From people to Robotics and Artificial Intelligence".

The development of new technologies such as the Internet of Things, robotics and artificial intelligence will be discussed, which will bring us to a new industrial revolution 4.0. Starting from the first basic concepts of robotics, namely DDD (Dirty, Dull and Dangerous), companies are propelled into a new digital age where human intervention is only necessary in complex areas.
