On Thursday, October 27, starting at 18:00, in room A01, the Western University of Timișoara invites you to a unique panel about the culture of organizations and the importance of collaboration: Employer branding and building a climate of innovation in organizations.
Ideas that change the world are found in organizational cultures, and if we want healthier and more innovative organizations, we need to talk more openly about the role of organizational culture in changing and creating collaboration, trust, identity, loyalty, innovation and performance.
Our guest is Doru Şupeala, PhD student in Creativity and Innovation Management, lecturer in Marketing at Transylvania Executive Education and founder and director of the SPOR School – School for Responsible People. He will talk to us about how we create innovation contexts in organizations with the help of a human-centered culture. The event will be moderated by Dr. Silvia Fierăscu, Lecturer in Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Philosophy and Communication Sciences, founder of FabLab – Social Fabrics Research Lab at the University of West in Timișoara.

The "World-changing Ideas" conferences aim to bring to the fore challenging topics, best practices and dialogues between renowned specialists to inspire and motivate the Timișoara public. This series is part of the Cultural Program "Timișoara 2023 - European Capital of Culture", the Oameni territory, the Reflectiţi station, is financed by the Municipality of Timișoara through the Project Center, co-financed by the Timiș County Council.
