The West University of Timisoara believes that innovation knows no borders – it can come from both research laboratories and the bold ideas of those who aim to generate significant changes in society. In this context, UVT continues the series of events organized under the umbrella of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Community, intended for students eager to transform current challenges into concrete opportunities.
We invite you to the event "Collaboration: Building & Managing Successful Teams", which will take place on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 16:30 PM, at the Institute for Advanced Environmental Research (ICAM).
This event aims to create a collaborative and dynamic environment, using storytelling, practical exercises in small groups and free discussions, addressing essential topics regarding the formation, management and development of effective and interdisciplinary teams.
Students, pupils and young people interested in developing their leadership, communication and project management skills are expected to participate.
Through these periodic meetings, providing continuous feedback, sharing knowledge, and iterative development of projects with community impact, UVT aims to support the creation of sustainable solutions, built through a critical and interdisciplinary approach.
