The new year awaits us with new challenges and as the first semester of this academic year comes to an end, the session becomes the main concern in the life of any student.
In this context, the team Career Counseling and Guidance Center from UVT organizes two webinars in January, which are intended to support students to successfully pass the next exam session:
1. Online exam session – Q & A - Friday, 08.01.2021, 17:00
Both for first-year students, who will take the first exam session in their life, and for students from a higher year, for whom it is the second session in which they have to connect to exams online, through the multitude of applications and platforms, the concerns are similar: "How am I going to cope? What if I experience technical problems?".
In this meeting we will address recommendations regarding the management of exams in this virtual form, and in the second part we will have a question and answer session in which we will try to answer students' concerns regarding the conduct of the exam session related to this semester.
When? Friday (08.01.2021), between 17:00-19:00.
Where? The webinar will take place on the Zoom platform, and before the videoconference begins, participants will receive the access link via email.
Registration is done by completing REGISTRATION FORM.
2. Relaxation techniques in the session - Tuesday, 12.01.2021, 14:40
Relaxation techniques can help students create a state of calm and good mood, combat an irregular sleep schedule, strengthen the immune system, and develop skills to cope with stress.
With the help of these techniques the ability to concentrate can also be improved, in order to be able to retain the necessary information for the next exams.
They are handy when you want to increase the level of energy, creativity or positive thoughts, being a good tool for self-knowledge and awareness of emotions.
When? Tuesday (12.01.2021), starting at 14:40.
Where? The webinar will take place on the Zoom platform, and before the videoconference begins, participants will receive the access link via email.
