For students in the XNUMXth grade, the end-of-year assessments are fast approaching, and the mobilization to learn can be a difficult one, especially since the information that needs to be remembered has accumulated over time. In this context, Career Counseling and Guidance Center (CCOC) within the West University of Timișoara (UVT) is helping students with a new webinar to help them discover how to learn more effectively.
"Learn how to learn!" is a webinar in which students will learn how to adopt a positive attitude towards the learning process, which are the factors that facilitate the accumulation of new knowledge, but also details about learning styles and effective strategies in the elaboration and organization of information.
Learning is a process that can improve over time and even become fun when you have the resources to do so.
Students from all over the country are invited to learn efficiently, easily and quickly with us, Thursday, 15.04.2021, starting with 16:00, on the Google Meet!

For the following webinars in the series of personal and professional development of students, the CCOC-UVT team proposes topics such as:
- Identifying and managing emotions
- Time management
The webinars in this program will be held lunar, and the topics addressed within them have a logical and coherent sequence necessary for an optimal integration of the information presented. Thus, the team CCOC-UVT aims to offer students support in the process of personal knowledge, valorization of personal resources, but also understanding of the educational process.
At the same time, UVT wants to help students to successfully manage the learning process, the baccalaureate exam, the entrance exam to the desired study program and to choose responsibly and informed the future path of studies, career.
Thus, UVT offers students a complex training program. In addition to the webinars dedicated to their personal development, a preparation program for the baccalaureate exam, online, for each discipline (more details HERE), but also a series of contests dedicated to students (more details HERE), in all study areas of UVT.
UVT also makes available to students YTM platform, through which they can travel for free psychovocational orientation tests, with the aim of supporting them in the process of choosing their future educational path. After completing these tests, any student can request a counseling session with one of the counselors CCOC-UVT, filling out the available form HERE.
