Between September 23-27, 2024, West University of Timişoara and Future of Leadership Institute organizes, for the first time in the Western Region, the "Becoming a Leader" leadership project. This transformational experience program is designed for students who want to develop their leadership skills, interact with and learn from some of the most influential business leaders. 

This program of excellence offers participants the opportunity to learn the secrets of success directly from renowned personalities in various fields of activity. The training sessions will offer participants the opportunity to prepare for successful careers in Romania and internationally, in a dynamic, complex and professional environment.
