The West University of Timișoara announces the organization of a selection procedure for the conclusion of a Partnership Agreement, in order to submit an application for funding through the Just Transition Program, Action "Development of enterprises and entrepreneurship"; Call for projects CALL FOR PROJECTS PRIORITIES 1, 2 and 3 Support for the establishment of social enterprises, PTJ - Priority 1 Gorj, for the submission of the project entitled ReVital Gorj – Social Economy for Local Revitalization.

The general requirements that the partner must meet in order to be selected to form the partnership for submitting funding applications for future projects under the Just Transition Program are specified in the Guides: Applicant's Guide - General Conditions Just Transition Program and Applicant's Guide Specific Conditions APPLICANT'S GUIDE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACTION SUPPORT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SOCIAL ENTERPRISES.

Organizations interested in participating in the selection will submit the previously mentioned documents in physical format, to the registry of the West University of Timișoara, in an envelope with the mention: “Selection of partners of the Just Transition Program, Title ReVital Gorj – Social Economy for Local Revitalization project proposed by the West University of Timișoara, Vasile Pârvan Blvd., no. 4, code 300223, Timișoara, Timiș County, Romania, to the attention of the Institutional Partnerships and Grants Department.

The deadline for submitting documents is 20.02.2026, 16:00.

Requests for clarification can be sent until 18.02.2025 at 16 pm. Responses to clarifications requested by applicants will be sent within one working day.

Partnership proposals will be analyzed based on the evaluation grid and will be selected and approved in the order of their receipt. The selection result will be displayed on the institution's website. The selected partner(s) will be contacted to submit the necessary supporting documents to establish eligibility.
